We stand behind our products. If you’re not 100 % satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Checklist

Requirement Details
Purchase channel The item was bought directly from EnviroBiotics.com (proof of purchase required).
Return window 30 calendar days from the day the shipment shows “delivered” on the carrier’s tracking page.
Product condition • Device: clean, undamaged, and in original packaging • Consumables (refill cartridges, sprays, wipes): unopened & sealed for hygiene reasons.
Opened consumables are refundable only if the product arrived defective.
RMA number Before sending anything back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@envirobiotics.com with your order # and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within one business day with your RMA and a prepaid shipping label (US. International customers: return shipping is at your cost; duties/taxes are non-refundable.

  3. Pack the item securely, include all accessories, and drop the parcel with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund—your choice.
